  • By submitting an application, the applicant irrevocably agrees to these terms and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All fees paid for visa applications submitted through KSAVISA.com (including service charges) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application’s outcome (approval, rejection, or conditional approval).
  • No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to:
  • Visa rejection or delay by Saudi Authorities.
  • Applicant errors (incorrect details, document issues, etc.).
  • Change of travel plans, cancellation, or inability to travel.
  • Duplicate applications or failure to meet immigration requirements.
  • KSAVISA.com does not process visa applications for holders of Diplomatic, Official, or Service Passports through its online system.
  • Applicants using such passports must contact the respective Saudi embassy/consulate directly for visa procedures.
  • Any application submitted in violation of this policy will be automatically voided, and all fees paid will be forfeited without refund.
  • By proceeding, the applicant certifies that they are not using a Diplomatic, Official, or Service Passport.

Visa Processing & Approvals

  • Processing times are estimates only:
  • Normal processing: 2-4 working days.
  • Urgent/Emergency processing: 12-24 hours (subject to Saudi Authorities’ system performance).
  • KSAVISA.com has no control over processing times, approvals, or rejections—these are solely determined by Saudi Authorities.
  • No refunds will be issued for delays, rejections, or changes in visa conditions.

Visa Validity & Entry

  • Approved visas are valid for 60 days from issuance. The applicant must enter Saudi Arabia within this period.
  • Overstaying, misuse, or violation of visa conditions will result in penalties imposed by Saudi Authorities—KSAVISA.com bears no responsibility.

Guarantor Responsibilities

  • The guarantor fully assumes liability for:
  • Authenticity of submitted documents.
  • Visitor’s compliance with Saudi laws (no overstay, illegal work, or criminal activity).
  • Any fines, penalties, or legal actions imposed by Saudi Authorities due to the visitor’s actions.
  • The guarantor must provide proof of the visitor’s exit (Saudi exit stamp) or risk being held liable for overstay penalties.

Cancellations & Additional Fees

  • Cancellation of an approved visa incurs separate charges (non-refundable).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of any reason.

Application Rejections & Existing Visas

  • Applications may be rejected if:
  • The applicant has a pending or existing valid visa (tourist/resident).
  • An expired resident visa was not manually canceled.
  • No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Minor Applicants (Under 18)

  • Must submit:
  • Birth certificate.
  • Parent’s passport copy.
  • Parent’s approved Saudi visa copy (if applicable).

No Work Authorization

  • Visas issued for visit/business/transit/tourism do not permit employment in Saudi Arabia. Violations will result in legal action by Saudi Authorities.

No Liability & Waiver of Claims

  • KSAVISA.com is not liable for:
  • Visa rejections, delays, or immigration decisions.
  • Losses due to incomplete/incorrect applications.
  • Refusal of entry by Saudi Authorities.
  • The applicant expressly waives all rights to disputes, chargebacks, or claims against KSAVISA.com for payments made.

Final Acknowledgment

  • By proceeding with the application, the applicant unconditionally accepts these terms and confirms that no refund requests or legal challenges will be entertained.
  • Any additional documents or payments related to security deposit (if required) will be communicated as needed.

Chargeback Policy – KSAVISA.com

  • Strict No-Chargeback Agreement:
    By submitting payment through our gateway, the applicant irrevocably agrees that no chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal will be initiated for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Visa rejection or delay by Saudi Authorities.
    • Errors in application submission (incorrect details, missing documents, etc.).
    • Change of travel plans, cancellation, or inability to travel.
    • Dissatisfaction with processing times or visa conditions.
  • Legal & Financial Consequences:
    • Any chargeback attempt will be contested with legal evidence of the applicant’s explicit acceptance of our non-refundable policy.
    • The applicant will be liable for all penalties, including:
      • Administrative fees (SAR 500 or higher) for fraudulent disputes.
      • Legal action for breach of contract (as per Saudi & international payment laws).
      • Blacklisting from future visa applications via KSAVISA.com.
  • Payment Gateway Compliance:
    • Our payment partners fully enforce this policy and will reject unjustified chargebacks based on our terms.
    • By proceeding, the applicant waives all chargeback rights under card network rules (Visa/Mastercard regulations).

Final Warning:

  • No exceptions will be made. Payment = unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  • For disputes, only direct communication with KSAVISA.com is permitted—no third-party interventions.

Ksavisa.com is a private service provider and is not affiliated with any government or official entity. We solely offer typing, translation, and application assistance services. Our services are for convenience only and do not constitute legal, official, or governmental authorization.

Disclaimer Regarding Visa Issuance and Entry Type

All visa issuance decisions, including approval, rejection, entry type (single or multiple), and any requirement for in-person embassy visits, are made solely by the issuing authority.

Our role is strictly to process applications, submit them to the official authority, and provide customers with the issued result. Once an application is submitted, our service is considered delivered regardless of the final decision made by the issuing authority.

Terms for Business Tourism Visa

  1. Visa Category
    • This visa is issued for general business and tourism purposes in Saudi Arabia.
    • It is not a Pure Business Visa, but rather a Business Tourism Visa that allows both business-related and tourism-related activities.
  2. Permitted Use
    • The visa holder may use this visa for the following purposes:

      • Tourism, pilgrimage, and general visits
    • This visa does not permit employment or long-term business operations in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Restrictions

    • The visa does not authorize commercial trade, sales transactions, or company registration.
    • Any misuse of this visa will be the sole responsibility of the visa holder.
